This shop was completely transparent and empathetic when my car was vandalized due to someone trying to steal it. They always answered the phone in a friendly manner and let me know everything that was happening. In the end when I went to go pick it up, they were quickly detailing it free of charge as they felt so bad that the thieves had left my car so bad by the damage and tearing through all my belongings. My car had been broken into with my driver side window smashed. the team at simplicity car care on Gower street took care of me right away and even waited past closing for the tow truck to arrive with my vehicle. they did excellent work and replacement of glass was oem factory and scratches were completely gone. interior cleaning from the broken glass was done very Professionally as well as detailed. will be returning in the future if I ever need more body work or repairs done
