I recently had my vehicle repaired through an insurance claim at this body shop. The repairs were completed properly, and my vehicle was returned in good condition. The staff were professional, and the process was fairly straightforward from start to finish. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience. Incredibly happy with my experience at Simplicity. The quote process was efficient and the repair was done to perfection. They booked and organized a rental car for me as well, which made things super simple and took care of everything with my insurance company. Would highly recommend and come back to this shop in the future.
Zero stars if I could. They fixed the damage from an accident that was not my fault and the mechanic left a bunch of damage that wasn’t fixed and tried to say it wasn’t from the accident. If the mechanic saw the damage and knew it wasn’t from the accident, why would he let me leave with a gapping whole in my intercooler tube and my brackets completely broken with my intercooler dangling??? Outstanding! My Jeep was repaired in a timely matter, beautifully cleaned. I had a very small issue and they invited me in at my convenience. The issue was dealt with, at no charge!! Very friendly family operated business. If I ever (hopefully not) have a need in the future, I’m going there. I’ve already referred them to friends and family. Two 👍🏼 👍🏼 up!
0 stars, these people are as shady as it gets. Brought my car in from an accident and they only replaced damage that could be seen, nothing internally. Left paying $3200 out of pocket because the mechanics don’t no what there doing. I DO NOT suggest bringing your vehicle here these people are involved in shady activities. The officer lady is also very very ignorant
