I would 100% go back here and would recommend Simplicity to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Everyone there is so kind and friendly, and they got my parts and vehicle done very quickly. You can tell they truly care about their clients and do what they can to make everything affordable. The quality of work was 10/10. And to top it all off, they have a super lovable dog that greets all customers. =)

Expect nothing but the highest echelon of customer service. I have never worked with a bodyshop before but needed to have my 5 series repaired. Simplicity definitely set the bar high. From my first interaction I was greeted with a smile from Lisa as well as the shop dog Batman. Lisa went out of her way to offer me a ride home as I didn't have a rental vehicle yet. Excellent customer service, excellent work. The front of my truck was hit by a front-end loader at work. They gave me an estimate via pictures. They took it in the Wednesday that I got home, and it was done by Monday to head back to work. It looked great, and the estimate was very close to the final price. They even ordered my rental to come pick me up. Highly recommended.
I had an amazing experience with Simplicity car care the second you walk in the door you feel welcome. at that moment you knew your vehicle was in good hands. They did an amazing job on my truck not to mention detailed and cleaned on the inside I wasn’t expecting that!
