The repairs were well done. The company gives attention to detail. As they were completing the work they noticed a small hole in one of the rear lights, so they fixed it. They could be more prompt in initiating contact and/or returning calls. Overall a great experience.
A great one stop repair service. Quick and flawless repair. The body and paint and mechanical work was done to perfection. Steve had the BMW ready exactly when he said it would be. I brought my daughter's car to Steve at Simplicity Car Care after previous work by another shop due to a minor collision proved to be of poor quality. It was clear that there was still a major issue with the car, which needed to be determined.
