I brought my daughter's car to Steve at Simplicity Car Care after previous work by another shop due to a minor collision proved to be of poor quality. It was clear that there was still a major issue with the car, which needed to be determined. Not only did Steve figure out the issue, he was transparent, professional and helpful every step of the way. The repairs were well done. The company gives attention to detail. As they were completing the work they noticed a small hole in one of the rear lights, so they fixed it. They could be more prompt in initiating contact and/or returning calls. Overall a great experience.
