The repairs were well done. The company gives attention to detail. As they were completing the work they noticed a small hole in one of the rear lights, so they fixed it. They could be more prompt in initiating contact and/or returning calls. Overall a great experience.
I brought my daughter's car to Steve at Simplicity Car Care after previous work by another shop due to a minor collision proved to be of poor quality. It was clear that there was still a major issue with the car, which needed to be determined. I have taken both my vehicles to Steve and his crew for accident repair. Steve is fastidious about his attention to detail. Both my vehicles came back clean and spotless.
