Great experience...my 2013 VW Passat has been renewed with professional workmanship and attention to detail. Jeff and staff work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are looking for quality body work I would highly recommend Simplicity.
Terrible. I went to magic touch now simplicity car care because they are supposed to do good work but I cant agree at all after 3 trys they still can not get my truck looking the way it should.They had forgot about getting my truck in for the original date they has promised I had to call and remind them twice. When I first got it back there was scuffs in the paint and dings in a “good condition” used door, body dust in the interior still they were also supposed to buff the whole truck so it matched. They add things they didn't even do to the invoice, bill for OEM parts yet buy cheap aftermarket replacements and when you mention the faults in their paint/body work they get aggressive and swear at you. They even damaged my car by backing it into another and did a terrible job trying to fix the paint hoping I wouldn't notice. For a shop that is all about money, you'd think they'd at least do a mediocre job.
