From the very first time I phoned this shop, they were extremely kind to me. I was hesitant to call and ask about getting work done because another shop I called was rude to me. But they were really kind. They fixed my door handle on my car and I left feeling confident with the work they did. Terrible. I went to magic touch now simplicity car care because they are supposed to do good work but I cant agree at all after 3 trys they still can not get my truck looking the way it should.They had forgot about getting my truck in for the original date they has promised I had to call and remind them twice. When I first got it back there was scuffs in the paint and dings in a “good condition” used door, body dust in the interior still they were also supposed to buff the whole truck so it matched.
