On November 12, I brought my 2019 Jetta to this shop because the car displayed the error message “Do not leave vehicle unless in P. Service vehicle.” The experience was unacceptable from the moment I arrived. The front-desk receptionist, a brown male with no apparent automotive knowledge (he did not even know what ESC (Electronic Stability Control) was), showed zero interest in helping despite the shop being empty, and was unable to answer basic questions. Staff is professional, friendly, and diligent. They communicated with the insurance company and kept me informed throughout. The repair was done with great quality and quite fast too. Really appreciate it & definitely recommend this shop.
This is going to be a long review! So where do I start? It starts with me clipping the back end of my new Toyota Corolla LE, when I turned the corner of the wall into the underground garage. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the truck was even detailed including tire shime when it was picked up. Overall an easy and great experience. I woild recommend this collision center to anyone.
I have to say that I am consistently satisfied with the quality of work and level of courtesy I recieve here with my vehicles. I came over to Simplicity with Louis and his crew and despite the extra drive time it's well worth it. I am able to book time slots that allow me to wait for my car in a comfortable waiting area.
