I had a great experience with Simplicity after my car got a small dent on the left rear bumper from a minor collision. The whole process was super easy and stress-free. I have to say that I am consistently satisfied with the quality of work and level of courtesy I recieve here with my vehicles. I came over to Simplicity with Louis and his crew and despite the extra drive time it's well worth it. I am able to book time slots that allow me to wait for my car in a comfortable waiting area. The best. The information they provide you with is detailed and they explain everything . Louie is the best mechanic in the GTA and their pricing is very reasonable . Most importantly 100 percent honest. My civic is at almost 350,000 km and still going strong .
Amazing service. Very clear communication about how insurance works with us. Clearly told us what to expect for the repair up front. Service was super quick! I dropped off the car in the morning and it was ready for pick up the next day. After picking up the car, I noticed that exterior and interior carpets were cleaned as well which isn't what I expected. Attached image is before and after image of the repair.
I followed Simplicity Car Care from Sheppard to Thornhill because despite the distance I knew I'd get everything done right. I am moving the car to BC and Simplicity told me what they thought I'd have to do even knowing the work would be done in BC. Good people to work with.
