On November 12, I brought my 2019 Jetta to this shop because the car displayed the error message “Do not leave vehicle unless in P. Service vehicle.” The experience was unacceptable from the moment I arrived. The front-desk receptionist, a brown male with no apparent automotive knowledge (he did not even know what ESC (Electronic Stability Control) was), showed zero interest in helping despite the shop being empty, and was unable to answer basic questions. This is going to be a long review! So where do I start? It starts with me clipping the back end of my new Toyota Corolla LE, when I turned the corner of the wall into the underground garage. Amazing service. Very clear communication about how insurance works with us. Clearly told us what to expect for the repair up front. Service was super quick! I dropped off the car in the morning and it was ready for pick up the next day. After picking up the car, I noticed that exterior and interior carpets were cleaned as well which isn't what I expected. Attached image is before and after image of the repair.
