I am glad I chose Simplicity Car Care [Thornhill]. The staff were friendly, polite, and courteous throughout. And, Alan was there every step of the way to inform me of how repairs are progressing and responding to my every question. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Simplicity based on my great experience and quality work.
I had an excellent experience at Simplicity. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain each parts throughly. They gave me a fair quote, finished the repair on time, very detail oriented and efficient. Really appreciate their honesty and great service. If I ever need repair service I will definitely know where to go!
Alan and his team was amazing! My insurance company was trying to push myself and Alan to get the job done faster but Alan stood his ground and waited till the vehicle was fixed right and made sure to get all original parts for my Dodge Ram 1500. I am happy with the final result. He even stayed past working hrs to wait for me to come pick up my vehicle. I choose him because of the reviews I saw and I was NOT disappointed! GOOD JOB TEAM!
I have 3 cars that got hit - 2 cars in 2024 and most recently 1 in 2025 even that it wasn't my fault. The manager Alan is a very helpful guy. Customer service is excellent. He is very patient and answered all the questions I have regarding all 3 repairs. He will follow up with all my repairs and update me immediately on all the repair progress. I took my Porsche Cayenne Hybrid in to have the door replaced after an accident, and they did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Alan, the owner, is honest, caring, and truly goes above and beyond. He made sure the parts arrived on time and had the work completed within a couple of days. The car looks excellent and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
