I recently took my car to Simplicity Car Care after an accident at my insurance provider's recommendation. They did a great job repairing my car and provided excellent customer service. Horrible service. If you want to have dirty car back with dirt trapped between the parts, you can go to this shop. Call ahead specially ask for the that part of the car to be washed prior to fitting in a replacement piece due to winter salt and dirt in holes for fitting. Instead they just wipe it with dry towel? you can see streaks on my car and the rim under the replacement black plastic is all dirty. Disgusting.
