Great experience throughout, Alan and Anny made sure to keep communication open with us and our insurance company. They also helped facilitate our needs with the car rental company. One less thing to think about. They are very knowledgeable and made this experience as painless as possible while we waiting for our car to be fixed.
The price was fair, the work was done quickly and extremely well. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even vacuumed the interior of my car! I would definitely recommend simplicity car care, Thornhill.
