Jessica took fantastic care of everything throughout the process — she kept me updated, explained things clearly, and was always professional and friendly. Jessica was so helpful when I reached out for a quote, and made it so easy to set up my appointment. As I waited for my car to be done I got to talking with her and the owner Fernando, and I must day their customer service is beyond exceptional! I dealt with Fernando, who was highly recommended by my friend. He is personable and attentive to my repair needs. The work was done on time at a very competitive price. On pickup, my 10-year-old Sienna van looked like a new vehicle. On my request, my sliding door mechanism was also repaired, allowing me to avoid a trip to the dealer.
