It’s never a good time for your car to be in an accident, being on vacation felt like an even worse timing as we were so far from home! Thankfully we went to Simplicity car care and dealt with Rob. Every step of the way Rob has been fantastic at answering all our questions and helping to make the process less painful!
Robert did an excellent job on my truck after it got damaged in an accident. The workmanship is so well done, that I can't tell that what's original and what is a replacement part. Robert also did all of the coordination with my insurance company and arranged for the rental car arrangements which was a big load off my mind. Prompt, polite. Vehicle was done the next day which I never expected. To top it off my advisor was Polish and helped resolve what I always thought, my name is Mieczylaw in Polish which should mean Mitchell in English, I’ve been going by Matthew for 76 years, to late to change now lol
I recently took my car to Simplicity Car Care to have repairs done due to a collision. Robert was incredible! When I dropped my car off he was professional and very kind. I did get emotional when explaining to him how the collision happened and he made me feel calm and that everything was going to be ok.
