You just don’t have the ability to help me no matter how many times you tell me how high your standards are 😂. We’ve reached out 8 times and it just gets worse and worse with each visit. Your “high standards” are really very very low. You should be embarrassed to send out finished products looking like this. Most people would be fired for doing dog shit work like this.
We’ve now been back 8 times to have this fixed. Simplicity is unable to complete this repair. They just don’t have the skill. Stay far far away.

Initially, work looked decent until you look closer. We’ve now been back 3 times since with another follow up visit required. First trip, parts left in the trunk from someone else’s vehicle? Not sure if my car was used as an UBER vehicle while it was there or not? Second trip (week later), one side of front bumper falls off and is hanging there for 3 days waiting to get refastened (missing clips). 3rd trip, missing plastic moulding and dam strip trim pieces around bottom of windshield (water leaking directly into engine bay)... read more
