Brought in an Audi for repairs to the front left side. After an accident in a parking lot. Vehicle was in for 1 day less than that had quotes, cost was under the estimate, and the vehicle looks amazing. On top of that the vehicle was fully detailed!!! I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a body shop!
Superb service and workmanship. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect. Denise was at the desk and was finishing something but still looked right up and spoke to me. They got a quote together and emailed it to me the next day for a vehicle to be painted. And it was a reasonable quote. I went to 3 shops in Woodstock. One never did send a quote and another one took a 10 days to send it. I went to a shop in Stratford and they never followed up at all either. Very impressive service! Quick estimate for repair work, seamless communication with insurance company, quick turnaround for completing the job with professional results. Responsive to communication throughout and an added bonus - my vehicle was perfectly cleaned and detailed inside and out when I picked it up!
EDIT: Initially was 5 stars for the good work they did but have had to update to 3 stars due to the spam I've received to give them a good rating. Have faith in your work and don't pressure people into giving good reviews. Great work fixing my car, looks brand new!
My experience with simplicity is very good. I got my car repaired ahead of time that I was expecting. Matthew is very polite and respectful man. Overall, very good experience
