Superb service and workmanship. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect. Denise was at the desk and was finishing something but still looked right up and spoke to me. They got a quote together and emailed it to me the next day for a vehicle to be painted. And it was a reasonable quote. I went to 3 shops in Woodstock. Very impressive service! Quick estimate for repair work, seamless communication with insurance company, quick turnaround for completing the job with professional results. Responsive to communication throughout and an added bonus - my vehicle was perfectly cleaned and detailed inside and out when I picked it up!

EDIT: Initially was 5 stars for the good work they did but have had to update to 3 stars due to the spam I've received to give them a good rating. Have faith in your work and don't pressure people into giving good reviews. Great work fixing my car, looks brand new!

Simplicity did an awesome job repairing my car from my little fender bender. Also got great service from Denise at the front desk. Oh also.my car was so clean on the inside as an added bonus! Thanks!!!
