I am a new patient and today was my first visit. Reception was wonderful. Maya was on top of things and a joy from beginning to end. I was taken care of by 2 techs and they were equally kind and inviting. Taking their time and explaining everything. Dr. Wen deserves 5 stars for sure. Made me feel comfortable and tried to be as gentle as she could. Much appreciated and will be recommending.
Visiting the dentist is never easy but the staff in the simply beautiful smiles makes it the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had. From the reception desk staff who’s comforting reception sets the tone and their most accommodating on the phone with every customer I’ve heard them interact while waiting. I had a great experience from start to finish today at this dental practice. The office staff was friendly and kind. The woman who took the X-rays was very sweet. The dentist, Dr. Tinger, was amazing. She spent about 25 minutes with me during my exam. She thoroughly went over all of the X-rays and explained any issues she saw. She went over a care plan for a few things that need to be addressed. The hygenist was great as well. She was gentle and thorough too. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!
I had a pleasant experience. The staff and doctors were great. They explained everything step by step. Very attentive. The front desk staff made sure everything was accurate to submit to my insurance company. There was little to no wait time. The rooms were very clean. I would definitely recommend.
Always friendly, efficient service. My doctors are so competent and explain everything to me fully and honestly. This office is the best I’ve ever encountered from the front desk right through to hygienist, assistants, everyone. I’m so happy I’ve found this office!
