I don’t think the buying process could have been more difficult if they deliberately tried. I waited for two hours after agreeing to buy a bike only to find they weren’t working on my loan at all even though they had run my credit. Thanks for the hit to my credit with no bike to show for it. Humiliating experience and huge waste of my time.
