We have used multiple storage facilities over the years, but this is hands down our new favorite! The facility is incredibly clean, well lit, lots of security features and easy in/out. Covered loading unloading to protect from sun/rain. Quality flatbeds, well placed elevators and easy to use, top security unit locks. Debbie, the property manager, is AMAZING. I needed a storage unit for my upcoming wedding supplies. When calling the Osprey location Debbie was super friendly, helpful, and professional explaining everything I needed to know about renting space. It had me drive right over and sign up! Debi, the front desk attendant, is the sweetest, most wholesome person I've ever met! She really makes the place worth using. The facility is always in top-notch shape, and they work well with all the movers and clients that come in. Love, love, love! Thank you, Debi!
This is a nice, clean facility with fair pricing and great security. The manager Debbie is extremely friendly and helpful. We just closed our storage unit because we moved into a new house and now have room for all our stuff but we would absolutely use this place again if the need arises.
