Friendly staff, clean facility Although there was a hiccup when we checked in making sure the local facility had the online payment, the friendly staff helped us through it and the facility was great.

The manager was helpful and our facility was clean. Overall, a positive experience.
Climate Control Option is Fantastic I am so happy that I found Simply Storage. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and the climate control option allows me to keep my storage as if it were at home (no worries about mold or drying out from the heat). The monthly fees are very reasonable. It's the best in town!
Very reasonably prices 1. Very reasonably priced. 2. On site staff was very helpful 3. The room was clean 4. The site had boxes and tapes and other useful supplies and also reasonably priced.

unexpected costs I was given a storage unit with a broken handle. There was no light bulb in the unit, I was given one by the manager and agreed to install it myself only to find that there was one broken off in the socket. The unexpected costs were, 1) administrative fee $20.00 2) special lockset $15.99 3) mandatory insurance $9.00. I was unaware and unprepared for these costs!
