I rented a 10x30 storage space at Simply Self Storage which was broken into 3 times between April and June of 2023. The pictures I attached show what I found the first, second and third times. Over the three incidents, I lost around $10,000 worth of property - mostly in tools - and that's just what I could account for. You can see between the first and second pictures they came back for the fridge and tile-cutter, along with some other stuff. I was gutted. The 802 w.Hefner Rd., Public storage location, customer service was exceptional, Morgan the on-site representative, though she was busy. She acknowledged me, as well as was extremely efficient in seeing to my need and besides her being such a delight, she was the only reason I was able to get my same day reservation by calling to inform me and STORAGE already pre-prepared before arrival.
