Michelle is so helpful and knowledgeable! I looked at other storage spaces, but I came back here specifically because of Michelle. It’s also a very clean, nice neighborhood. The facility is a good size – not small and not large. This is the third time in my life that I’ve needed to use storage and interacting with Michelle has made the process so much easier than my past experiences!
Over 8 years and going!! Michelle is the best, at this point like family. I've never had a problem with pest or anything missing. If there are any changes, Michelle always made sure I was informed. The building is always well kept. Even with the price increase, I wouldn't change. You can't beat good customer service added with great hospitality. This location is the best!!!
Jane at Simply Storage is simply the best!! I have received nothing but above supreme service from her. From the moment she answers the phone or welcome you with her bright smile. The property is always well maintained, well lite, storage facilities clean and free of pest. When in need of storage look no other plan than Simply Storage on Bryant Irving Rd in Fort Worth!! You won’t be disappointed.
Went in looking for a storage I was so amazed at how these two ladies treated me in the office, and how affordable it was also the storages are really nice and when they say climate control they mean it here I was so relieved after being in the sun and moving my items some on foot to step inside. I was so happy of the cleanliness and polite attitudes thank you both happy customer here.
Jane is an amazing human being!She was my guarding angel today and blessed me beyond measure. Everyone needs a Jane in their life .If you are looking for a storage unit ,come here...or just a friendly face and someone who cares. Jane is legit and will take care of you in a heartbeat.
