I really don’t usually write reviews on any site. Today is definitely different. I had an opportunity to talk with Heather at the Crestwood location and I must say that she was fantastic. She handled every issue that I had and explained every question that I asked her. She was polite and very patient with me and I greatly appreciate her for that. Great job Heather. You have wonderful customer service.
Angie is great! Super helpful but your system has issues with using my same email to log in and get a unit. Cant log in. When i go to recover my password it says username/email doesn't exist but yet when I go to create a new account with the same email I've been trying it tells me that email is already in use...
I had to move and appreciate the response I got when I reached out to staff. Vickie was very attentive to my needs and made my experience a positive one. She followed up with me to ensure I had time to have everything taken care of, and made me feel like my business mattered. Thank you for your professionalism!!
once I set up my reservation online it was maybe 5 minutes later when Richard call to assist me with getting into my unit with no issues gave me the price the total price the activation fees the administration fees and everything whereas usually people leave that part out and when you get there it's way more money than you expect but Richard told me everything up front. Candy is outstanding! I’ve rented multiple units and she has always been the consummate professional, pleasant to work with knowledgeable, and above all; keeps her word - will return a phone call quick! I wish we had more like you where I work!
