We rented a 10x20 storage unit around a week ago. When I opened up the door the unit was full with someone else’s items. Nobody physically works here and it is extremely hard to contact people from the company. After multiple voicemails and a ton of calling we got ahold of someone and they told us to use a different unit. When I drove to the second unit it had recently rained and about 4 inches of standing water was covering all of the parking up to the door rendering this second unit useless to us. I was looking for somewhere to possibly place some of my backyard equipment after the recent storm. Vickie assisted me. She answered all my questions I had. She is nice and I love her personality. Sometimes in places like this it’s hard to find someone who doesn’t seem to have an attitude and Vickie made my experience good. She showed me the different sizes units and was knowledgeable.
They are a scam, give you a deal to get you in, and then raise your rent a couple of months later. You pay on time every month, and for being a loyal customer, they raise your rent again and not just a little like $30 each time. Obviously if you put it in there, you don't have any where else to put your stuff so your stuck paying it. SCAM!! BS!!!
Vickie was so helpful and nice with helping me get a storage unit. I really appreciate her kindness and support throughout the process!
