We rented a 10x20 storage unit around a week ago. When I opened up the door the unit was full with someone else’s items. Nobody physically works here and it is extremely hard to contact people from the company. After multiple voicemails and a ton of calling we got ahold of someone and they told us to use a different unit. When I drove to the second unit it had recently rained and about 4 inches of standing water was covering all of the parking up to the door rendering this second unit useless to us. once I set up my reservation online it was maybe 5 minutes later when Richard call to assist me with getting into my unit with no issues gave me the price the total price the activation fees the administration fees and everything whereas usually people leave that part out and when you get there it's way more money than you expect but Richard told me everything up front. I had to move and appreciate the response I got when I reached out to staff. Vickie was very attentive to my needs and made my experience a positive one. I came in to help my Grandma get storage Vickie was such much help. She walked us to the unit and made sure it was a correct size for my Grandma belongings. She was so happy and informative, Thanks Vickie for giving me and my Grandma and Great Experience with Public Storage
