I was looking for somewhere to possibly place some of my backyard equipment after the recent storm. Vickie assisted me. She answered all my questions I had. She is nice and I love her personality. Sometimes in places like this it’s hard to find someone who doesn’t seem to have an attitude and Vickie made my experience good. She showed me the different sizes units and was knowledgeable.
I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the units are. The lady who assisted me had so much patience. As a newbie to using a storage facility I was nervous entrusting my belongings to strangers. The young lady reassured me that my belongings are safe.
BEWARE! If your rent a 20 x 30 here it will have a door about 70 inches wide. And according to the useless person at the office who could only tell me the office is closed today because she didn't want to deal with me, you can tell she deals with a lot of issues there. I would stay away. Just another big company scamming people to make a dollar. The unit was horrible as well! Also beware about signing up to look as well, tells you won't be charged till you see unit. Not true either.
Cannot get property managers to return my call. My accounts are messed up and you can't reach anybody at their office an dthe corporate office is even harder to reach. I just want my account to be where I can make my payments each month without hassle,
My sister was unfortunately a victim of the STL tornado. She is elderly and disabled. The rep she spoke to her assured her this 10x10 unit would store her belongings..not the case. I'm in Blue Springs MO. I paid for it. When she got there...she said it was not much larger than her kitchen. When I called to get a refund..I was told they could only apply the amount for the lock that was SUPPOSED to be inside the unit. It was not. $20. Not the $150 for the unit.
