Received excellent customer service from from a customer representative name Billy K at this location who gave me great information about this storage facility. I learned a lot about the pricing and the safety of the facility. I also learned about auctions as well if I decided to auction off any merchandise. I have checked out a lot of other locations and the customer service at this location is so exceptional that I am considering this location possibly when I decided to move. Thank you for the great customer service.
I don’t normally take the time to review places unless it is negative, however, I decided to because of the excellent service that I received from the Rosharon team. I came into their store with a complex storage need that required careful planning. Billy and Tamia really listened to my needs and took the time to discuss a plan of action.
