I really enjoyed talking to John when renting my unit. I have never used CubeSmart but I have no complaints so far. The office and units were very clean. John again was very nice and informative. He gave great advice and provided details on stuff I forgot about. I feel like my business and my personal property are protected here.
My wife lost the keys to my unit!!! Oh no right? Well I went in today and the gentleman was very polite, respectful, attentive, ah man I can keep going on and on about his service. Well to make a long story short he told his drill bit would either cut in 1 minute up to 20, let’s just say it was like a heist movie watching him help me get into my unit. This place is amazing and the staff is too. If you need storage this is the place to be!!
