I don’t normally take the time to review places unless it is negative, however, I decided to because of the excellent service that I received from the Rosharon team. Received excellent customer service from from a customer representative name Billy K at this location who gave me great information about this storage facility. I learned a lot about the pricing and the safety of the facility. I also learned about auctions as well if I decided to auction off any merchandise. I have checked out a lot of other locations and the customer service at this location is so exceptional that I am considering this location possibly when I decided to move. Thank you for the great customer service.
My company is leasing a unit for use as a supply annex. The lease says they have the right to raise the price at any time. They did so within 60 days. Not the best business practice so we're currently looking for another place. Our advice? Stay away from Cubesmart.
Signed up for one price under one company and after one month of cubesmart purchase of the business they increased the price by additional $20 per month. Beware of Cubesmart. Price gouge experts.
