Recently we needed help to get our wood floors installed.Oh wow! This company is absolutely wonderful! The installers are particular and have done an excellent job! We highly recommend The Simpson Company.

Great place to do business at! I came to The Simpson Company because after spending an hour at Home Depot, they wouldn't sale me a carpet because I have my own installer. Although The Simpson Co. is known for their excellent installations, John (at Simpson) was able to sale me 58 sq yds for less than half the cost of Home Depot and in less than 15 minutes...... This is why doing business locally with small businesses is the way to go!!!
I was beyond disappointed with the customer service that I received here at Simpson Co. My husband and I went into the store to discuss flooring options for the house that we’re buying from our neighbor. The first impressions were fine. It was great, we picked out carpet and told him where we wanted it and scheduled measuring. At first we were happy with the Simpson's when we were looking for flooring. Unfortunately, when the job was what they considered finished we had some things we were not happy with and they (John) would never take the time to come back to take care of it. When he went to my mother-in-law's to install flooring he also told her he could paint the walls and could also install new cabinets for the kitchen. Being an elderly lady, we feel he took great advantage of her. They did a HORRIBLE job painting as they didn't even remove e... read more
