I cannot say enough great things about Sincere Smiles. I recently had to cancel my appointment because my dad was heading to the hospital, and their response truly blew me away. Instead of just rescheduling, they sent me a kind and thoughtful message wishing my dad a speedy recovery. That personal touch and genuine care is something you don’t find at most dental offices. I’ve been a patient at Sincere Smiles for a few years now. I have consistently received the very best quality of care. The dentist and staff are warm, welcoming, extremely competent and could not be more supportive. They ensure you’re as comfortable as possible and genuinely care. I honestly just cannot say enough positive things about every experience I’ve had there!

I switched to this dental office after moving from Madison Heights. I was amazed by not only the friendly staff, but the newer technology of the office. A lot of what they have to offer was not at my previous dentist office. The staff are incredibly kind, always offering a beverage as soon as you walk in and letting you know that they will be with you right away! I recently had a cavity filled with no numbing and it didn’t hurt a bit. I am really happy with the switch to my new dental office.

I was looking for a new dentist office after being fed up with long wait times for appointments at my previous dentist. Sincere Smiles was exactly what I was looking for. Professional and very thorough. I didn’t realize how minimalist my previous routine cleanings were until I had my first appointment at Sincere Smiles. I recently moved 3 hours north and will still continue my appointments here.
