I was looking for a great customer service and of course great people whenever i go to a certain places. I always research and read their review before i make Appointment. I cannot say enough great things about Sincere Smiles. I recently had to cancel my appointment because my dad was heading to the hospital, and their response truly blew me away. Instead of just rescheduling, they sent me a kind and thoughtful message wishing my dad a speedy recovery. That personal touch and genuine care is something you don’t find at most dental offices. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed by another office and had a horrible experience. I just had my last tooth removed here. It went very smoothly! I was asked a lot if I was comfortable and still numbed and feeling okay. I felt much more comfortable at this office, and would highly recommend it to anyone that struggles with dental fears!
Doc and his team do an exceptional job and always make you feel at ease. The communication with them is top notch from text reminders to follow-up. Incredibly clean, modern, and very beautiful dental office! Very friendly staff, very professional and efficient! Dr. Bedikian takes his time with his patients and ensures quality care and has wonderful bedside manner! I felt comfortable and happy with my care I received!
