I was looking for a great customer service and of course great people whenever i go to a certain places. I always research and read their review before i make Appointment. I cannot say enough great things about Sincere Smiles. I recently had to cancel my appointment because my dad was heading to the hospital, and their response truly blew me away. I’ve been a patient at Sincere Smiles for a few years now. I have consistently received the very best quality of care. The dentist and staff are warm, welcoming, extremely competent and could not be more supportive. They ensure you’re as comfortable as possible and genuinely care. I honestly just cannot say enough positive things about every experience I’ve had there!
I switched to this dental office after moving from Madison Heights. I was amazed by not only the friendly staff, but the newer technology of the office. A lot of what they have to offer was not at my previous dentist office. The staff are incredibly kind, always offering a beverage as soon as you walk in and letting you know that they will be with you right away! I recently had a cavity filled with no numbing and it didn’t hurt a bit. I am really happy with the switch to my new dental office.
I’ve had two cleanings here so far and they are very gentle and their kindness goes above and beyond any dentist or medical office I’ve ever been too. They are very genuine and treated me like a person and not just a number or the next patient. I am highly satisfied with my experience here. Their office is kid friendly (even my loud crying baby was treated very sweetly). I plan to take my family here for years to come.
