My whole family goes to Dr. Ocharoen, she is amazing and the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The office is well maintained and inviting. We have had various mishaps over the years and have reached out and the doctor responds promptly, even on weekends. The entire office goes out of their way to make the experience pleasant. Dr. Ocharoen and the outstanding team at Sirinity Smiles gave me the most kind and compassionate care when I had a dental emergency ahead of an important business trip. Donna, the office manager, was texting with me quite late the night of my tooth fracture and she made sure I saw Dr. O the very next morning. I just finished my Invisalign. It was a totally amazing experience. At first I did not think it would work... had a tooth that was rotated. But did everything Dr O and the staff said to do... and it worked perfectly!
