Staff is extremely friendly, dentist is very outgoing and polite. They send plenty of reminders to make sure you don’t forget your appointment. No criticism whatsoever. Very competitive price offers on Invisalign Highly recommend!
My entire family had been going to this dental office for years. I would like to first start by saying Dr O is an absolutely amazing dentist and a lovely person. The office manager who is Dr O's mother is going to ruin the business for her. She is absolutely not professional at all and does not know how to run an office correctly. She is pushy and nosey and does not have any compassion for Dr O's patients. Amazing, exceptional service as always. Can’t recommend Dr. Ocharoen and all of her staff enough! She gets to know you on a personal level and you are not just a patient to her. Treats all like part of the family! Highly recommend!!
First time here, Great hygienist and dentist! Very nice office and even did a 3D scan of my teeth! They spent the extra time to give useful advice about the care of my teeth and gums as well.
