My experience was, in my opinion, careless and outright neglectful. I have a lifelong, documented history of severe, treatment-resistant depression and other psychiatric conditions that have left me unemployed, hospitalized, bedbound, and experiencing catatonic episodes. Dismissed me For missing appointments while I was on military duty. Had to scramble to find a new healthcare provider. Also, Tabatha is extremely unfriendly. Update: IT GOT WORSE! so I called the number that they directed me to call and I did so three times nobody picked up. Wish I could write zeros on here. Stay away from this office.

I've had nothing but a great positive experience with Rosario and Tabitha both. Each of them take the time to listen to me to better understand what I'm going through and feeling. If it wasn't for them I don't know if I would've been able to deal with my anxiety issues. It was very debilitating for me at first but they both have given me the tools to succeed going forward. It’s ok for them to change your appointments more times then I can count, being ridiculed by a therapist thats not yours (and charging your husband $50 when she asked for me to come in), not telling you they moved and not get told your dr is leaving. I was told by the dr at the my last appointment. Then without warning (no oh btw if you miss another one) discharge you for missing appointments and not even talking to your dr about it. I’ve been seeing Jennifer Curtis for the past 17 years of my life. Although this is way before she was at Saint Joseph Behavioral Health, this has been by far the most positive experience I’ve had with a therapy office. This sounds like the go to review of “they treat you as family,” but I can’t express this enough. Jennifer and Jina Yoder have pushed me to new heights.
