If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly urge any parent to look elsewhere for medical care, especially if your child requires specialized support. My 14-year-old non-verbal son has been waiting nearly a year for this clinic to process a basic referral for a speech therapy and AAC evaluation at Memorial Children's Therapy Center. Despite my repeated phone calls and in-person visits to the office, my son’s developmental needs were completely ignored, which I can only describe as egregious administrative negligence.
