From the moment I walked into the front door until I walked out there was nothing but kindness, respect and knowledge. The front office staff was welcoming and supportive, the nurse was kind and Dr Farrand showed such compassion and kindness towards me. This office is a five star.
I would first like to say you all are BLESSED, to have Richandra (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly), she is the ONLY front desk staff, that shows care, compassion, & is always helpful and friendly! I gave a one star because every other front desk staff member is TERRIBLE, rude, will talk over you, loves giving medical professional recommendations instead of really trying to help you get the care you need! I have had an extraordinary experience of care at this office! Abigail Abs is my provider, and she could not be more caring and compassion. Every single member of staff that I have interacted with has made me feel safe and welcomed. That’s a big deal for me, as I experience a lot of medical anxiety!
I came here for Doctor Susan Conn, NP. She was one of the best female doctors I have ever had. She was very personable and kind. She made you feel comfortable to share anything with her and was willing to talk about her own experiences if needed to ease any anxiety you had. I didn't have her very long as a doctor (3 years) but I had hoped to continue to have good experiences here at this facility. The office receptionists are also pretty kind/normal. The new doctor at that office is horrible! I waited for a long time in the room before Dr. VANDERZWAAG came in to see me. She was very soft spoken and didn't seem to understand my issues. Her nurses were worse. The nurse took my blood pressure and left the cuff on my arm. I felt she was bothered that I was there. The Dr. VANDERZWAAG came in.
