What a wonderful Campground! Truly, I cannot say enough, nice things about it. It’s quiet and peaceful a great value and very well taken care of, always clean and tidy. The camp hosts during our time there were warm and inviting and always able and willing to help resolve any issues or concerns. The bathrooms and shower areas are kept immaculately clean, the showers are hot and there’s laundry facilities available to use. Our campsite was easy to find and about 10-15min from the entrance to North Cascades. We got lucky we had no camping neighbors as we can see why it would feel crowded. The campsite is next to the main road so you can hear the traffic pick up in the morning. The campsite offered hot showers which after a long day of hiking in the cold rain was the perfect way to end the day. You couldn't be closer to the park without being in it. This was a great back up when all first come first serve sights were full. Someone was even there to help us register late at night. Showers, flush toilets, firewood for sale, everything you need. The sites aren't very private, especially in the front of the campground, but it was a very relaxed atmosphere so that was never an issue. Affordable considering hot showers are included.
The checking quick and easy and the camp hosts were very helpful. The facilities were clean and easy to access. The wifi was extremely fast. I was in site 8 and had no issues getting in and out with my 18 foot travel trailer. This campground is in a great location to get to North Cascades, fishing spots, and any of the other local attractions.
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. The RV / Camp hosts Gary and Linda, I believe, were wonderful and very very helpful. Great spot to set up camp and explore the vast surrounding area and of course Cascade National Park just a short drive to the north. Close to a couple eateries as well to the south and gas stations (2) & a market for some grocery supplies.
