Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty After spending thousands of dollars over the last seven years as a loyal client of Skin & Body 101 in Parker, I am shocked and appalled at how unprofessionally I was treated once I decided to cancel my membership. I've been seeing Caitlin for a few years now and would never see anyone else. What she's done for my skin is magical. She always has great recommendations/ suggestions for further improvement, whether that's new treatments or products. She's never failed me, she's the best !
As a guy, I wasn’t sure facials were for me, but this place changed my mind. Every session leaves my skin feeling clean, refreshed, and healthier. The team is professional, the atmosphere is comfortable, and I always leave looking sharp. Highly recommend.
I’ve had messages out to Taylor and an owner since 5/20 about ending my membership and receiving a refund for the monthly “bank” amount and still no call, card, flowers…Hahaa. Customer service is so important to business. It can make or break the business, new clients, and your VERY talented staff (Miranda!!!). It’s not a whole lot of money but here I sit. I’ve followed up so many times. Ugh.
Amazing staff! Angela is very knowledgeable and professional and Miranda is so gentle and listened to what exactly I was looking for. Best injector I’ve ever used!!
