I've been seeing Caitlin for a few years now and would never see anyone else. What she's done for my skin is magical. She always has great recommendations/ suggestions for further improvement, whether that's new treatments or products. She's never failed me, she's the best !
As a guy, I wasn’t sure facials were for me, but this place changed my mind. Every session leaves my skin feeling clean, refreshed, and healthier. The team is professional, the atmosphere is comfortable, and I always leave looking sharp. Highly recommend.
Miranda was fabulous! I would definitely recommend her and her gentle hands. She was also kind and considerate and heard my needs. Love this clinic and the decor as well.
I’ve had messages out to Taylor and an owner since 5/20 about ending my membership and receiving a refund for the monthly “bank” amount and still no call, card, flowers…Hahaa. Customer service is so important to business. It can make or break the business, new clients, and your VERY talented staff (Miranda!!!). It’s not a whole lot of money but here I sit. I’ve followed up so many times. Ugh.
I love the results of my IPL treatments so far. Liz is very professional and makes me feel relaxed and informed through the whole procedure. Looking forward to my next appointment! Very friendly med spa.
