This place has poor time management and poor customer service skills overall. Why is my grandmother still waiting to be seen 40 minutes to an hour after we’ve ve checked in??? We also have checked in early too incase of paper work, so pray tell why are we still waiting to be seen for so long.

I have been going to see Dr. Teresa Bailey for over a year now over different things and she has the best bed side manner. Very comfortable going here. The whole staff is absolutely wonderful. They have a great upbeat and supportive attitude at this office in Shelbyville. I have a teen who I also took there and Dr. Bailey diagnosed him quickly and the results was great and just what we was looking for! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this clinic! I brougth my mother in law up here about two months ago on a referral from her primary doctor. When we got up here they told her she didnt have an appointment because a referral was not sent. So we got on the phone with her primary who sent the referral twice. The receptionist finaly got us in and seen. The dermatologist and the ones in the back are great and love them. Jump up to a month go came in for a follow up to find out she had skin cancer on her head and chest. They sent us to franklin office for the head and they we... read more

I have been going to the Shelbyville office for a few months now. Never have had a long wait. Hunter Day & all of her staff are awesome. Very knowledgeable & friendly. They make me feel comfortable. Things have gone a lot quicker than expected. I have a few more visits in the weeks to come, but they are taking care of what needs to be done. Thanks ladies . Y'all are the best. ✨️

I could never have a wonderful time with the Doctors and the ladies at the office. They made me feel like I was an old friend. They explained what they were going to do and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. If asked where they could go, Skin Solutions of Shelbyville. You might want to add a few more stars to the rating. You are short a few.
