A couple weeks ago was my first visit with the present staff and doctors. I was treated with the greatest respect and professionalism. My doctor was skilled beyond her (appearance of) years. She may have been much older than she looked, but I can say she was quite skilled, personable, and knew her profession. I am so glad they regularly have lady doctors there now.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Teresa Bailey! She is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients and make sure they feel comfortable and understood. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and I always feel like I’m in good hands. Dr. Bailey and her staff are professional, welcoming, and genuinely care about their patients. I’m so thankful to have a dermatologist I trust and would highly recommend Dr. Teresa Bailey to anyone looking for excellent dermatological care!
I have been going to the Shelbyville office for a few months now. Never have had a long wait. Hunter Day & all of her staff are awesome. Very knowledgeable & friendly. They make me feel comfortable. Things have gone a lot quicker than expected. I have a few more visits in the weeks to come, but they are taking care of what needs to be done. Thanks ladies . Y'all are the best. ✨️
I could never have a wonderful time with the Doctors and the ladies at the office. They made me feel like I was an old friend. They explained what they were going to do and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. If asked where they could go, Skin Solutions of Shelbyville. You might want to add a few more stars to the rating. You are short a few.
I brougth my mother in law up here about two months ago on a referral from her primary doctor. When we got up here they told her she didnt have an appointment because a referral was not sent. So we got on the phone with her primary who sent the referral twice. The receptionist finaly got us in and seen. The dermatologist and the ones in the back are great and love them.
