Me my family had an awesome time here at sky zone!! Have a lot to offer and the kids really had a blast! The staff was really courteous and helpful!! We are elite members so we are definitely coming back!! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because i think they need to hire more help to run the concession stand. Had one guy running it for a while and he was getting swamp taking orders and making food. He was apologetic for the long wait but I understand he was trying. And I really appreciate that! Love the newly upgraded activities for the kids! The kids always love coming here and running off a bunch of energy. They enjoy the dodge ball games. Oh, and I appreciate the trampoline area designated for kids under 6 with their parents! Very thoughtful addition for the little ones that can get trampled on by the bigger kids/adults.
I’m so impressed with this place. I went back when I was I high school and again in college and now this past weekend and they have continued to evolve and update things to keep it interesting and fun. We took our toddler to toddler time in the morning and I was worried he was too little for it but he absolutely loved it!!! Great trampoline park for the kids. Pretty sure adults can jump as well if they wish. Has a few video games but it’s mostly just trampoline things. The snack area is tiny, not much place for parents to sit and wait for their kids. No trash bins to throw away pizza boxes or anything. Today the water fountain was out of order which is really hard on the snack area employee that has to keep refilling a pitcher of water.
It's clean, my son loves it there. Wish it was a bit more affordable, but the membership is worth it. Took off a star because they got rid of the glow nights, after I paid the money to buy a special shirt last time we went.
