This skyzone is in complete disarray. Dodgeball court out of order. Only one employee monitoring the entire play area and she was working the make shift dodge ball taking place in the little jumpers area which caused them to move the little jumpers to take up a third of the large court. Dodge ball had only 5 minute shifts because of this. People bringing in huge bags of their own food and drinks and taking up tables for the entire stay while playing cards and even bringing their own blankets as they were camping out so long.... read more
Super fun and exciting place for kids to get out and be active!! Also good for the whole family! Only negative is it can be a little pricey. Much cheaper to go during the week during the day. And keep your socks you buy after 1st visit and then you won’t have to pay for socks your next trips to skyzone.
We just had a party at SkyZone and Briana took care of our party! She was incredible! So helpful and went above and beyond. We had such an excellent experience and I know it was because of Briana that our experience was so wonderful!
My kids enjoy coming here. Not as fun as Urban Air. It is pretty expensive! My kids got a gift card for Christmas to come here and someone stole the money off it before we could use it. I recommend not buying gift cards for here as Skyzone doesn’t help if your balance is stolen and cannot provide any information on transactions beyond the date the balance was stolen. Been here a few times. Very disappointed as the main part of the bouncing area was closed without any warning forcing alot of people into the smaller trampoline areas. It was chaotic. It was very frustrating for adults that paid to jump. There was very little room. IMO, they should have let people know before we paid money to sit most of the jumping out.
