This place really saved my life. The program was tailored to my past trauma and abuse. The staff was always there to lift me up when I felt down. Of course, there were a few bad apples, but that's just how treatment facilities are. I strongly believe that the staff wasn't out to just get you, but if you showed disrespect, then they will call you out on that. It was always respectful and constructive. Avoid this place unless you want to spend even more money afterwards reversing the brainwashing & abuse you will inevitably suffer from going here. ****** ********* is one of the worst staff members here. Somehow she still has a job & has since been promoted to oversee folks in the residential facilities. What a shame.
I wish I would have just killed myself during the semester instead of waiting to come here. I felt anything but validated or supported. very pricey "non-profit" for psychiatric treatment with no sliding scale and poorly paid staff skyland trail costs $28,500.00/month which is more than the annual salary of most of their disillusioned and high turnover staff except for CEO Finnerty who gets a disproportionately large salary along with bonuses from high alcohol charity events.
