This is absolutely the best staff I have experienced in many years. The customer service from the front desk to the doctors was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone made the experience a delight. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.
It was horrible. Dr Berden kept me waiting for over two overs just to get to the prep bay for surgery. When I learned he still had two surgeries in front of mine I asked for a refund of my co-pay and left so upset and will not return. Not even an apology until Linda called the next day. She was the only person out of that entire long experience who did her job and seemed to care!! Don’t use Dr Burden!
First Lady to answer the phone was nice and helpful. When I called back with needed info, a terrible woman who was abrupt and down right rude answered. Everything I said, she responded before I was done speaking. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of either. Hope I can find a different place for my mother to get her cataract surgery.

I was a Rocky Mountain eye patient for twenty years. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly. When she asked what I needed I explained that I needed my annual visit and contacts. She said “we don’t *do* contact in Pueblo” ….i waited to see if she would offer a follow up or explain what that meant because not *doing* contact could mean not selling them, not providing a script for them, or anything in between.
