I was a Rocky Mountain eye patient for twenty years. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly. When she asked what I needed I explained that I needed my annual visit and contacts. She said “we don’t *do* contact in Pueblo” ….i waited to see if she would offer a follow up or explain what that meant because not *doing* contact could mean not selling them, not providing a script for them, or anything in between. My wife and I both have had Dr Chang perform our cataract surgeries and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. The doctors and the team at the surgery center are the best. The followup appointments at the Surfwood office however take forever to be seen.
Highly recommend Skyline Vision! After a not so good experience at ABBA eye care, I decided to take my dad to get a second opinion at Skyline Vision. My dad saw Dr. Blom and Lilly his technician. It was extremely helpful that Lilly spoke Spanish, making it easier for my dad to communicate and make his eye exam a breeze. Dr. Blom was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and explained the diagnosis and procedure extremely well. I am beyond happy with the staff and our overall experience with Skyline Vision!
Issues with ins and appt schedules at start which delayed surgery but overall surgeries great, everyone was very helpful.
My experience with Skyline Vision was as expected the best. Ihad a great experience and all of Dr. Chang's personal were very professional and concerned with my privacy, comfort and safety. Dr. Chang explained everything to me and answered all questions that I had. My outcome was great and I would strongly recommend him and his team to anyone needing surgery or anything else he can do for them.
