Great experience. I live in a loft in an historic building. Finding the right window coverings was a challenge since the window frames are made of tin, but the designer made the task a lot less challenging. The installation of the shades was seamless. Jose, the installer, did a great job. The installation was not easy since he had to install the shades over existing shades which are inside the window frame.
Great experience with Skyline, we had a very daunting project where we needed to install blinds onto a large vintage set of oak bay windows (not an easy task with all the hardware, general shape etc) we tried solving it ourselves at first as we live in a rented apartment building and were concerned about cost as it was out of pocket but I’m so glad we contacted Skyline instead. Skyline is exceptional with their customer service and products. Drapes are so beautiful and great quality. Jose did a great job on the installation, very professional and his care on his work. Rihaun is very delightful, kind, knowledgeable, professional, very informative, and attentive. We are very pleased with our service and years of friendship to come.
Jose was professional and cordial. He communicated the day before and the morning of to confirm the installation appointment. He took his time explaining how to use the shades properly. A friend of mine referred me to Rihuan at Skyline and I have been through so many companies, I was nervous this would be another bust. I WAS WRONG. Rihuan worked so fast, had such a perfect design eye and was thorough and efficient start to finish. The measuring was simple, and these were tricky custom windows on an ADU - they handled it all perfectly. I literally have no complaints.
