I initially ordered my blinds on May 5th 2025 and was told the whole process should take between 4- 6 weeks. It’s now 9 weeks later with incomplete installation. First the blind measurements for 2 sets was done incorrectly. Then the blinds arrived with no battery chargers or remote controls. The remote controls were finally delivered on July 11th but without the battery charger. I asked Skyline for a discount given the multiple errors on their which was denied. It has been nothing but a waste of time for us. We eventually decided to move forward with another HunterDouglas vendor in the city that is actually reliable. We reached out during a period of time crunch; we were dealing with a move and funeral at the same time. The initial design appointment went well. Everything else didn't. We received conflicting quotes which almost doubled after the initial design conversation, though our design/material choices were clearly communicated on day one. My experience with Skyline was great from my initial inquiry to install day. My window setup is unique, and Jen was able to work to find a solution which checked all the boxes for me, while also helping me with the design aspects of the project. I would absolutely use them again.
I purchased the Aura Illuminated shades from Skyline - they were great in helping me make my selection and executing the install. I'm very happy!
We had a wonderful experience, product is great and installers were great as well.
