The office staff especially Rosslyn is very efficient and hands ,she is always willing and ready to be of assistance .I highly recommend renting from city vibes development it has an inviting atmosphere. The building is very clean The units are well kept and super clean and quiet Awesome place.

Nice place to live, easy access to the airport, the manager ROSELYN is nice and approachable.the building is new, basement parking is clean and secured. Lots of pets inside the building that leaves some stains in the hallway carpet.

I try to call so many times for three bedroom apartment. But they never respond on call . I don’t know what is going on . I tried because of there good reviews but got disappointed. I really need apartment.

New to the building but very accommodating upon move in. Roslyn is an amazing lady! All the Staff I've met are helpful in so many ways. Only issue I've seen I'm a pet owner but Noone cleans up after their animals in court yard.

I’ve been trying to move into this place since last year but it was always no vacant. I had sent multiple emails and called and didn’t hear back until I decided to try one more time. I spoke to Roslyn and had told me that she could have a unit ready for me but not until September. I ageed, everything went well, Inspection was great. Roslyn has been fast at responding any of my questions or concerns.I’ve been living here with my dog and loving it!
