We have been staying here for the past four years. This place has gone down In quality. The quality of the cleaning staff (they fired the good cleaning lady) also the residents quality is bad.. Residents leave garbage everywhere. The Rental administration and management Sarah doesn’t respond to email or messages. We have floor repairs that need’s to be address and nothing. Very dirty , noisy, has gone down hill . No heat no hot water and elevator always down . Can’t wait to move out when lease dome . Would not recommend this rental at all. Office staff is great and notices distributed however residents don’t listen . The garbage room is disgusting 🤢
Kristina is an amazing help. We have lived here for 5 years and this condo is the best taken care of, I have lived in. Roselyn, the community manager is an amazing person and a big help. Thanks y'all.
Updating Review: I’ve had an ongoing issue with city vibe, specifically maintenance related, water damage. I’ve spoken with several different levels of management, let me be clear this review has nothing to do with Rose, if this place had more people like Rose, I would recommend it 10/10 All three units across from me remain unrented for over a month, yet they are trying to put the onus on me to rent a unit that is not SAFE or healthy. This place is disgusting. The manager Roselyn doesn’t care and Carlise Group that owns the rental property doesn’t care. They don’t put any maintenance into the building. The carpets are stained and dirty with pet urine, feces and other nasty mystery stains that you have to walk on to get to your unit. There are multiple of mouse and cockroach infestations that crawl into your unit from the vents and under your front door because of the gap and they infest your unit which is disgusting and now a problem you have to deal with... read more
