Worst place to live. Worst neighbors ever upstairs beating eachother up all throughout the night and stomping on the floor. Nothing got done about it after months of emails and told we were noise sensitive. Stay there one night I bet you will want to move. 6 times was woken up by the fire alarm, twice in the middle of winter with no apology from the manager. My son just moved in today and we found dead cockroach carcasses in drawers beside the oven, cockroach droppings around the stove and one live cockroach behind the oven when we pulled it out. I expect that a thorough extermination will be completed ASAP. I can’t believe the state this kitchen was in. If it is not completed we will be moving him out and will expect full refund if security deposit and rent
My son and his disabled mother live here, every time I come to pick them up there are vehicles parked in the loading area and this weekend there has been a rental van there all weekend. What happened to 30 minute loading and unloading. The entryway has not even had snow removal.
Very dirty , noisy, has gone down hill . No heat no hot water and elevator always down . Can’t wait to move out when lease dome . Would not recommend this rental at all. Office staff is great and notices distributed however residents don’t listen . The garbage room is disgusting 🤢
Dont chose this. I lived here for 5 years. Never missed a payment. Move-out estimate: $262 in deductions. Final deductions: over $1,100. Painting charge jumped from $92 to $550. Granite charge jumped from $100 to over $470. If you’re renting here, document absolutely everything and don’t assume the move-out estimate is anywhere close to what you’ll actually be charged. Extremely disappointing way to treat a long-term tenant. They will scam you out in the end.
