The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The facility was always clean when we visited and I felt very safe even at night. If we ever had to put stuff in storage this would be my first choice.
Absolutely the best. We had a great experience at Slate with many units and several complicated moves. The staff at Slate is fabulous – helpful – efficient and kind.
Absolutely first class. The Assistant Manager of the facility is the nicest person, helpful, professional and caring. The facility is clean and access is flawless. Extremely pleased.
I recently moved my stuff from another storage place in Raleigh to Slate. I had been in the other place for more than 2 years. Slate is a first class storage facility. Here are some advantages of Slate: moving in or out is easy - all the surfaces inside and outside the facility are level and smooth and their dollys are in excellent condition and roll easily. They raise the rates randomly, three times in the past year. Not worth it. I moved out. Very nice staff though
