The rental process was simple and streamlined. I used Slate's website to sign up. Sometimes websites just work better on a desktop but I was on the go and had to use my phone and it was still easy. They sent a personalized gate code. And there was a welcome bag including a free lock waiting in the storage unit. 10/10 great experience.
My experience renting at Slate Storage was great. The staff were easy to get a hold of, answered questions, and responded quickly (even on weekends). The unit was clean, kept weather out, and easy to access at any time. Great customer service all around!
Needed a storage unit after hours when everything was closed. Slate fit the bill perfectly. After a quick online application we were in loading what needed to be stored. No hassles, quick and efficient. Highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation.

I stored our camper here for several years. The facility is clean, well lit, and easily accessible. Every interaction I’ve had with the employees has been positive. Unfortunately, the rent increases were getting out of hand. There were increases within 6 months of the previous increase, ultimately the lot rent more than doubled in under 4 years. Couldn’t justify spending that kind of money when there are more affordable options in the valley.
