Storage area is nice and kept clean with very secure gates. Customer service is friendly. My only complaint is that prices were raised every 3 months or so. Rent for the unit I had went up by 1/2 in the several years renting. However I see they are renting new units at the original price to get customers in the door. Not a big fan of that.
Excellent experience in every respect. Ashley was great to deal with and took the time to show me the different units so that I could determine which one I needed. Process to rent was quick and easy. Location is convenient and very well maintained and rates are competitive. Highly recommend Slate if you need to rent a storage unit.

Fantastic experience with these guys. Was able to get a unit the same day through their online checkout process. I showed up a few hours later and everything was ready to go. Very impressed with these guys and highly recommend them!
Very easy to work with. It took us less than 10 minutes to rent a unit for our daughter. It's all paperless too! Staff was very kind and professional and the unit was very clean and ready to go with a brand new lock. It's very secure and clean there!
