Slate self-serve leasing online came in clutch. They were offering a discount which put them well below the competition for the first two months. I moved in. The unit was clean, it had a welcome aboard package including a new lock waiting for me. The site looks well maintained and secure, and I have every confidence the things I store there will be safe.

They replied to my phone call right away, helped get a unit reserved quickly, and felt very safe/secure with the locked gate and security cameras all around. It’s also a very clean storage lot. Would recommend requesting 24-hour gate access when signing the monthly contract and doing everything by phone or in person. Overall, had a great experience.

I have rented two different units here and both times has been a great experience. There are storage units that are closer to us but I like how safe things feel here. It is fully gated which is great.

We have had a great experience with Slate! Ashley has been very helpful. The rental process was super easy and when we realized we needed a larger unit than we had originally thought we needed Ashley was able to seamlessly get us transferred. Slate is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend them.

You call and get a helpful human. Local business and you can tell. Ashley was super sweet and helpful and it all was a smooth process. I like to use a business where the people who work there are local, they answer the phone and want to be helpful. No call centers please. No upselling please. Just simple good service.
