Erin was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! She was very thorough in explaining the various options available, showed us options across all styles and price points, and really gave us the time and space we needed to make the best decision for US. There was zero pressure, just education and support of whatever made the most sense for us. Highly recommend, and will absolutely go back in the future!
Wonderful service from Ritchie at Mattress Outfitters. Not pushy, just down to earth excellent customer service. We want shopping to get my college-aged daughter a new bed for her apartment. Erin was amazing throughout our experience purchasing a mattress. This was not an easy choice for us and she was knowledgeable on every detail when it came to comfort. We’ve had our Sealy mattress for a week now and my low back pain is already decreasing. We will definitely recommend Erin and her superb professionalism!
Went to this store right by Jungle Jim’s and met Erin there. She was fantastic to work with!
