I used SlopePro to replace 2 roofs. Austin, the salesman was THE BEST! He sold me on the projects, very personable and professional. Not pushy as other salesmen are. He kept me updated and followed up with me afterwards. The crew that installed the roofs also were excellent! It was a total mess around my house, but they cleaned up thoroughly the same day. We had an excellent experience from start to finish with SlopePro. Austin came to our home and did a thorough inspection of our roof. He then walked us through the entire roof replacement process, presented us with options and competitive pricing. They are amazing! We had a full replacement from metal to shingle on a house build in 1928. (Loads of rotten wood!) Austin was patient, helpful and beyond great when it came to answering all of my questions. His communication is top notch and that's even with a major holiday falling on our scheduling days.
