Could've been three-stars because the selection is very limited. Could've been five-stars because I found a needle in a haystack. So...split the difference: four-stars. :-) I moved from O'ahu to Hilo last week and was looking for a very specific bed: C.S. Wo brand, "Waikoloa" model, queen size. I looked around their small showroom and didn't see it. Kellie, their FANTASTIC sales manager, greeted me and she explained that that particular make/model was discontinued. This is to inform you of the outstanding service that was given to my wife and I from your Bedding Specialist, Janel Smith from your Hilo Store. Janel went above her "call of duty" and came to our residence to resolve a recent issue we had with our 6 year old Tempurpedic mattress.
