Immediately was greeted with a warm hello and smiling face! Place is clean, Arlene could not have been more helpful , patient with all my questions and had suggestions for me as I had let her know what I had at home and what I was hoping to get. I enjoyed the process of being able to try out various beds to find the right one.The Finance lady was super helpful n smiling as well. I ended up getting a Dream Bed, can’t wait for arrival! Thank you for a wonder easy experience!
Was looking for a specific pillow and Slumber World had it! It was exactly what I wanted and on island! No long wait for delivery from mainland & no price gouging. I was helped right away and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Arlene took her time when I was searching for beds and followed up with me to purchase and arrange delivery of our fabulous new Tempur-pedic bed base❣️ We love it🎉🌟
Wonderful "overpriced" merchandising coupled by inferior servicing and a refusal to price match on an identical item despite the written policy. I sincerely don't know what happened to this establishment, as it used to be a Hawaiian "institution", but has now evolved into one place that I would never patronize again.
Great experience with Toni, she was very knowledgeable about all the furniture.
