Sloppy management ever seen in my life. Starts loading at 10:00am and they take five hours to load one truck. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Hey drivers, avoid this place if you can. They have the worst shipping management ever. I wasted 24 hours here just trying to get a simple answer to the question, “How much time will the load take to be ready?” I consistently asked for five hours, and finally, one of them came and told me at 4 PM that they couldn't load me because the load wasn’t ready. Did the load in the past and there broker was TQL they haven't hand customs documents to us for 3 days. driver sat at the border for 3 days and accuse us for late delivery .CHOOSE GOOD BROKERS TO DO BUSNESS WITH!!
Must avoid this company. They took 9 hours to load me. All the time they are giving excuses and their policy is first come first serve but they were loading trucks behind me. Worst company ever to visit.
