I’ve had a unit here for 5 years, just moved out. Great experience, very affordable, access was reliable and the management was helpful and respectful. Only downside is there are quite a few homeless here so you’ll sometimes get weird smells in the building. But that probably happens for any storage place in this part of town. Still a solid place to keep your stuff
This is a great storage place and easy to get to. I don't have a car and the facility is right down Garrison a block away from light rail Garrison station. The facility was easy to use and no inconveniences when it got busy. Management was friendly too. I felt that my stuff was secure there.
Multiple people, have had valuables stolen. If you like your belongings, DO NOT STORE them here!!! Read the past reviews!
Super secure, need a code for literally everything in the building. Just ignore the homeless like you usuallly do. They're not getting in this building...
The new staff here has been very helpful and truly care for my possessions. A couple of months ago, I past on this place as an option due to all the homeless and sketchy people there. I drove by and saw it was getting cleaned up so I stopped in and Jen walked me around and made me feel comfortable enough to bring my possessions here for a lower monthly rate. During the process Tim came in and what a great guy he is. I couldn't get over how polite they both were.
