PLEASE READ!!! Mold and Mildew!! I am begging anyone and everyone to read this before getting a unit here. I paid for a climate controlled unit. All of my items were clean and dry when placed in the unit. An exterior door outside of the building allowed outside humidity to enter the building. The door is left open nearly all the time when people move their items in and out of the unit. My items were in the unit less than 2 months and were covered in mold when I returned. Had an amazing experience today at Smart Space Rockwall. Tonya was amazing. She showed me several sizes, and educated me on what would fit in each one. The faculty was very clean, and easy to navigate. Highly recommend
9-23, Went in today, and WOW was this facility super clean! Management definitely cares about this property! This facility is bright, clean, and conveniently located off Hwy 30. Moved my Mom in recently, and it was a pleasure working with the Manager. She was very professional and knowledgeable.
