I stumbled on Smart Stays International when I was booking a family trip to Canada. I thought the comfort of a home would be better suited for my family than a hotel and it was the greatest decision. The home we stayed in was just as described on their site. It was wonderfully clean too! I wouldn't have a problem rebooking with them in the future.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Orchard Oasis in St Catherine's. We would stay there again. My only disappointment would be how long it took to get my damage deposit returned. I tried calling and emailing Smart Stays but got no response. After a month of not getting my deposit returned I contacted VRBO and they were able to get results. I shouldn't have to wait over a month to have a damage deposit returned an I shouldn't have to contact VRBO to get results.
Overall it was a good experience. Will do it again.
Great location and place. The bed was a little soft for two people!
We only got to stay one night (tropical cottage) but we loved it and plan to come back. Nice and peaceful and a great spot to watch the sunset from a lounger
