I had a few issues when I first signed up, but the Smartlock Support helped me out so much getting everything sorted out. The ease of access and app to handle storage is really great. I like a hands off experience, but it's good to know help is there if needed and you don't have to wait forever! I'm a big fan of Smartlock Self Storage because of this.
Simple to rent from but you do have your computer problems
