The ease with which I was able to secure my reservation on line and with a customer service rep helped immensely. I didn't even have to leave my house to be assigned a unit and my pass code. Thank you for making things so easy for this disabled woman!

It was very easy to apply online and receive a storage unit same day. The storage units are clean and I feel safe to leave my belongings here in town for the summer while I travel for summer break.

Signing up was easy and was able to access unit same day. 24hr access and is affordable. My 5x5 unit is clean and fits what I need it to. I'm happy with it so far. No issues.

Time to turn my review to a negative one sadly. These people will harrass the world out of you when you’ve told them 500 times you’ve gotten your stuff out. They’ve sent me about 50 emails (no that isn’t a typo. They want you to “call this number” or do all these steps or upload pictures but aren’t considerate enough to understand not everyone has access to a phone to send what they’re demanding. Absolutely love this place. Super easy to sign up and manage. Only taking one star off because it doesn’t give you the option to pick from which units are available (it just assigns You one based on “how convenient” You’re willing to pay for) and it doesn’t seem to be as climate controlled as other facilities. It was still fairly hot in there. We were able to get a unit instantly though and didn’t have to worry about keys or locks. Everything is digital entry.
