This is a simple process to rent a storage unit. I like the fact that you can access it 24/7, yet it is secured and monitored. Customer service is great for any issues or questions.

Booking: Relative easy online. Only improvement is I was down to 4 mins before thr page times out...make sure you have all your information before hand! Locating locker/Access: Easy to follow upon arrival. The door unlocked with the app (make sure it's downloaded). I found my unit using the map at the entrance so easy peavey! Locker: Unlocking with the app was super easy. Make sure you refresh it as it will not detect it until you push the button on the gate latch. Once unlocked the locker was very clean.
