You can upload your documents, they are organized and you have access to them when you need them. If you have question, there is a chat, and they get back to you very quickly. They are also very knowledgeable about tax codes for personal and business. Suba is beyond helpful. I am a self-employed commercial handyman, so my taxes can be quite complicated, lots of 1099 self employed. I went to H&R Block first and they messed me up bad. had me owing all kinds of money to the IRS. Once I spoke to Suba, I was able to get refunds instead of owing, which was huge for somebody like me trying to maintain cash flow, and shes quick, seems like same day turnaround if you get your paperwork in quick enough
