They are amazing, they are so nice, they are really here to help people and the Dr. is such a good one, he explains everything and always wants just the best for you. Everyone is extremely nice, all the staff. I pray that Allah bless all of them. Thank you so much !
Keeps in taking new patient's does the initial consultation and keeps rescheduling appointments waiting for CDCP to aprove for your dental work meanwhile I needed a root canal so bad and a filling and they send me out of the office without fixing the problem, booked the appointment for 2 months later. I had to go to another dentist to get my root canal and filling done. I asked for my Xrays and they refused to give them to me. Needed an emergency appointment to fix a broken (shredded) filling for my 6 yr old son. Dr. Jafari made him feel so comfortable, my son made the this comment after Dr Jafari and his assistant fixed and replaced the filling " That was so good, like a message " Thanks again!!!!
This place lacks consideration and responsibility. I requested time off from work and drove in the bad weather for my appointment only to discover that the specialist was unavailable when reached their parking lot. They could have informed me earlier in the day. Nevertheless, they continue to send us numerous messages stating that a 48-hour notice is necessary to prevent a fee of $125. This should be a reciprocal arrangement, and they ought to show respect for our time and circumstances.
